Floating Planetary LED Lights

The Japanese company Takaratomy is selling floating LED lamps that come in four types: A dolphin, a jellyfish, the Earth and the Moon. They are made from mylar, and filled with helium. The lamps are connected to weighted bases, so they don’t float around randomly. But the advantage of this is, of course, that they can be placed anywhere you wish.

The lamps are actually kind of cool, and I think I would even buy one of them myself if they had Mars. They are available from the Japanese retailer ASCII for 3125 Yen (roughly 19 Euro).
